Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve and prepare customer online orders for pickup or delivery


• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in selecting the correct products


• Package and label items following company guidelines


• Use Walmart’s order management system to update order statuses


• Maintain product quality and freshness (for grocery orders)


• Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily order quotas


• Provide excellent customer service when needed

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Must be at least 18 years old


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods (for in-store roles)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently


• Reliable internet connection and home workspace (for remote positions)

Preferred (but not required):

• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or order fulfillment
