Online Order Filling and Delivery Associate

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Order Filling and Delivery Associate to join the team at Walmart. As the Online Order Filling and Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders for our online customers and coordinating deliveries to their homes. The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills who is able to work independently and as part of a team. If you are looking to join a fast-paced environment where you can make a difference, this could be the job for you.Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent• At least one year of experience in order fulfillment, shipping, and/or customer service• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Responsibilities:
• Receive and fill online orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure accuracy of customer orders and adequate inventory levels
• Coordinate deliveries to customers' homes
• Load and unload orders onto delivery vehicles
• Track orders and update customers on delivery status
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
• Follow safety procedures when filling and delivering orders
• Ensure compliance with Walmart policies and procedures
• Monitor and restock inventory levels as needed
• Assist with any other tasks as assigned by management
