Online Math Teacher (Olympiad Training) K-12 Fully Remote

Company Description Incubator School is a global online K–8 program expanding into high school, serving families with non-traditional lifestyles, from elite athletes to digital nomads. We combine rigorous academics, Olympiad-style math, project-based learning, and passion-driven mentorship with a flat, collaborative team culture. We are looking for a dynamic, funny, and kid-loving Math Teacher with a Master’s degree and strong background in Olympiad-style math. This is a part-time role (about 4 hours/day, 4 days/week) during East Coast morning hours or West Coast morning hours (UK noon to late afternoon). You’ll inspire K–12 students to love math, from foundations to contest-level problem solving, and bring creativity and joy into every lesson. Responsibilities • Teach engaging online math classes across K–12. • Design Olympiad-style lessons, enrichment, and problem-solving challenges. • Differentiate instruction for diverse learners, including gifted students. • Collaborate with a flat, high-energy team of master educators. • Infuse humor, warmth, and enthusiasm into every class. Qualifications • Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field (required). • Expertise in Olympiad/contest math. • Experience teaching across K–12 grade levels. • Passion for kids, with a fun and engaging teaching style. • Comfortable teaching online in U.S. Eastern morning hours.
