Your Role: Providing Top-notch Customer Support
As a live chat assistant, your daily responsibilities will include logging into our live chat portal each morning and promptly addressing customer inquiries. Our live chat software is designed to simplify responses to common questions, and youll also have access to a chat supervisor who can assist with more complex queries. Before diving into your role, we offer a short, 1-2 hour training program to ensure youre well-prepared.
Compensation: Competitive Pay and Flexible Hours
We understand the importance of flexibility and offer a competitive rate of $35 per hour. Whether you can commit 5 hours or 40 hours per week, we have a place for you on our team. All you need is a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions, as well as a reliable internet connection.
Location: Remote Work Online (United States Preferred)
