- **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
- **Adherence to Standards:** Follow company protocols and guidelines to uphold a standard of excellence in customer service delivery.

#### Qualifications:
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in a relevant field is a plus.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a chat or digital communication environment.
