- Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Meet performance metrics and goals, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat environment.
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using chat software and CRM systems.
