Rockwell Automation is seeking a motivated and driven Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Austin, Texas. Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize persuasion skills to guide customers towards making informed purchasing decisions
- Demonstrate creativity in finding solutions to customer problems and addressing their needs effectively
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance goals for response time, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion rates
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role
- Motivated and driven individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Strong persuasion skills and the ability to influence customer behavior
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
