Job Summary

Duties
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the needs of all students.
Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track student progress and enhance learning experiences.
Provide individualized support through tutoring and coaching for students requiring additional assistance.
Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management techniques.
Collaborate with fellow educators in teacher coaching initiatives to improve instructional practices.
Incorporate learning technology into lessons to engage students and facilitate interactive learning.
Design instructional materials that are accessible for students with disabilities, including those who are deaf or visually impaired.
Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth.
Qualifications
Experience working with students in diverse educational settings is preferred.
Familiarity with deaf education or visually impaired education is a plus.
Proficiency in instructional design principles and practices.
Strong understanding of classroom management strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with students effectively.
A commitment to continuous professional development in education-related fields.
