We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Online Data Management Clerk to support our digital records operations. This remote, part-time role pays $18.00 per hour, with a flexible schedule under 5 hours a day. Job DescriptionThe Online Data Management Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate and organized digital records in our secure data systems. You'll assist with daily data entry tasks, system updates, record validation, and report formatting. The position requires strong technical proficiency and the ability to follow strict quality and compliance standards.
This remote position operates within a collaborative virtual team environment. You’ll communicate frequently through internal messaging platforms, attend virtual meetings, and maintain a self-managed schedule.
Key Responsibilities


Enter, validate, and update data in centralized systems


Ensure compliance with data accuracy and formatting guidelines


Organize and label digital records and documentation


Generate periodic status reports based on assigned datasets


Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies


Participate in remote onboarding and training sessions


Requirements


High school diploma or equivalent; business coursework preferred


Familiarity with Excel, document storage tools, and databases


Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is a plus


Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills


Excellent written communication and document processing ability
