Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter and update data in company databases and software systems
• Review data for accuracy and completeness; correct any discrepancies
• Maintain digital records and filing systems in accordance with company policies
• Perform regular data quality checks and generate reports as needed
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve data-related issues
• Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in data entry, administration, or similar clerical roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
• High typing speed with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or database tools
• Understanding of data privacy standards and best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
Compensation:
• Rate: Competitive hourly rate or salary $18–$29/hr
