Were growing fast, and we want you to be a part of it. We are currently looking for a self-motivated, flexible, team player to join our VUE (Veracity Underwriting Experience) Team as a work-from-home CSR (Customer Service Representative.)
As a CSR your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a call center job! We are an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot.

Essential Functions
Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
Maintain regular and timely attendance
Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
Ability to manage individual stress/composure
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma
Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
Able to Pass a Background Check
Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience
2 Years of customer Service Experience
