- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and assistance with online purchases
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
Requirements:
- Resourceful and reliable individual with excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to think innovatively to solve problems
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment
- Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
