Online Course Producer / Instructional Designer (Trades or Career Courses)
We are looking for a Course Content Producer to help us turn expert HVAC knowledge into a structured, sellable online course. You will work closely with an HVAC subject-matter expert and the founder to organize raw interviews into clear modules, lessons, scripts, and supporting materials. This is not a marketing role and not a teaching role. Your focus is structure, clarity, and execution. Responsibilities Design the overall course structure (modules, lessons, flow) Turn recorded interviews into: Lesson outlines and scripts Worksheets, checklists, and PDFs Ensure content is beginner-friendly and outcome-driven Coordinate with HVAC SME to validate technical accuracy Prepare content so it’s ready for video recording and hosting Requirements Proven experience building paid online courses or training programs Strong instructional design and writing skills Experience working with subject-matter experts Ability to simplify complex topics into step-by-step lessons Comfortable owning timelines and deliverables Nice to have Experience with career-path or skills-based courses Familiarity with Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, or similar platforms Background in EdTech, coaching, or professional education Apply tot his job
