As an Online Contact Center Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various channels including chat, email, and social media. This is an entry-level, part-time position designed for individuals who are passionate about customer service and are eager to grow within the company. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with potential homebuyers.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed information about Lennar's products, services, and purchasing processes, aiding customers in making informed decisions.
- Assist customers with online account management tasks, including login issues, order status inquiries, and contract information.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve customer service processes and policies.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Lennar’s product offerings, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, working to resolve issues promptly.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote continued engagement with our services.
• *Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A confident and motivated personality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, demonstrating initiative and ownership of tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency with knowledge of online communication tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
