Online Chat Support Associate
Discovery Communications is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities...
- Engage with customers through online chat to provide support and answer any inquiries or issues they may have
- Utilize decision-making skills to quickly and effectively resolve customer concerns
- Use persuasion techniques to upsell products or services to customers when appropriate

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in typing and using online chat platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent
