Responsibilities
• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound chats from website visitors
• Provide accurate information about the firm’s services and direct inquiries appropriately
• Qualify potential leads by gathering initial information and scheduling consultations
• Maintain records of chat interactions using internal systems
• Handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service quality
• Escalate urgent or complex matters to appropriate staff or departments
• Collaborate with intake and client services teams to ensure seamless follow-through
• Uphold client confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in online customer support, chat, or related role
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to tone, clarity, and grammar
• Fast and accurate typing (40+ WPM preferred)
• Comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information
• Tech-savvy with experience using chat platforms and CRMs
• Calm, professional, and empathetic demeanor
