Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using computerized systems.
Assist in training and mentoring junior sales representatives, sharing best practices for success.
Communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for enhancing client interactions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a call center environment.
Strong client service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and market conditions.
