Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and complaints
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize online tools and resources to assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Passion for helping customers and solving problems
- Persuasion and negotiation skills to handle difficult customer interactions
- Proficiency in using online tools and technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
