- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer skills and software applications
- Adaptability to learn and use new systems and processes
- Hardworking and dedicated to providing excellent customer service
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
