About the Opportunity
We are seeking a high-caliber Business Administration Instructor to deliver live, structured, and career-focused online training to adult learners.
This role is best suited for professionals who:
• Have real-world business experience
• Can confidently teach in a live virtual classroom
• Are committed to student outcomes and accountability
This is not a passive or self-paced teaching role.
You will be delivering live instruction daily, engaging students, and maintaining academic standards.
What You Will Teach
Courses may include:
• Business Fundamentals
• Principles of Management
• Workplace Communication
• Business Operations & Administration
• Introduction to Accounting / Finance concepts
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver live online classes (5 PM – 9 PM, Mon–Fri) – attendance and punctuality are critical
• Lead interactive, structured, and outcome-driven lessons
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
• Track and evaluate student performance
• Maintain accurate academic records and LMS updates
• Provide timely feedback and student support
• Uphold institutional and academic integrity standards
Mandatory Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These)
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of real-world industry experience
• Strong English communication (clear, confident, professional)
• Ability to teach live online classes with engagement and structure
• Comfortable using Zoom / MS Teams / LMS platforms (Moodle preferred)
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
Strongly Preferred
• Teaching experience (college, private institution, or corporate training)
• Experience teaching adult learners / career-focused programs
• Familiarity with Canadian workplace practices
