Would also assist customers and employees with online banking, mobile banking, billpay, CardHub, TransferNow, Zelle, and responding to online banking email inquiries and troubleshooting issues of these systems. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
Prior specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area, (e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc.) is required.
A minimum of 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
HOURS
Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
LOCATION
Remote, Partially Remote, Mountain Home, Fayetteville or Stuttgart, AR
