Ongoing Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist - Florida - (Calls + Research, Long-Term)

• *Description:** I’m looking for a reliable freelancer to support ongoing outreach campaigns across multiple small business initiatives. This will start with outreach to apartment complexes and HOA communities in North Florida (for a vending machine placement project), but I expect to run additional campaigns over time. I’m looking for someone I can work with long-term. • *What You’ll Do:** • *1. Outreach (Primary Focus)** • Make phone calls to local businesses, property managers, or organizations • Use a simple script to introduce an offer or partnership • Identify and speak with decision-makers • Log outcomes clearly (interested, not interested, follow-up, etc.) • *2. Light Research (Secondary)** • Build targeted contact lists (businesses, properties, organizations) • Find phone numbers, emails, and key contacts • *3. Tracking & Follow-Up** • Maintain a clean Google Sheet • Track conversations and schedule follow-ups • Flag strong leads or opportunities --- • *Current Campaign (to start):** Outreach to apartment complexes and HOA communities to explore adding vending machines near pool or clubhouse areas as a resident amenity. --- • *Ideal Candidate:** • Comfortable making phone calls (this is required) • Clear, confident English communication • Organized and consistent • Able to follow a process and improve over time • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting is a plus --- • *Work Structure:** • Ongoing work (not a one-time project) • Starting at ~5–10 hours/week, with potential to increase • Mix of calling + light research --- • *Performance Expectations:** • ~15–25 calls per hour depending on task • Clear, accurate notes after each interaction • Consistent weekly output --- • *To Apply:** Please include: 1.
