Onboarding Specialist I (Las, Vegas, NV / Hybrid / Spanish Bilingual )

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Visit patients and caregivers in their homes to facilitate onboarding
- Acquire necessary signatures for documents using a Surface Pro and iPhone
- Provide brief orientations to ensure caregivers and patients are set up for their care plans
- Participate in semi-weekly meetings with colleagues in Las Vegas, NV
- Input and update case files and account data within the Salesforce CRM tool
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role
- Proven exceptional customer service experience
- Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
- 2 years of experience with Salesforce
- 2 years of Medicaid experience in a homecare agency environment
