We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and collaborative professional who is passionate about finance operations, enjoys working with systems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will focus on onboarding new customers for our SaaS products, managing subscription billing and invoicing, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition. You will collaborate closely with our commercial team to review contracts and orders, identify discrepancies, and ensure customers are billed correctly. This is a hands-on position with both system work (Salesforce, NetSuite) and daily manual data entry. DEPARTMENT: G&A LOCATION: Remote from anywhere in Philippines WHAT YOU GET TO DO: Own the customer onboarding process for SaaS billing and invoicing Manage subscription setup, scheduling invoices, and revenue recognition in NetSuite Enter and maintain accurate data across Salesforce and NetSuite daily Review contracts and orders, ensuring billing aligns with commercial agreements Identify and resolve order or billing discrepancies with account managers Collaborate with commercial and accounting teams on subscription-related processes Support continuous improvement of billing and onboarding workflows. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of experience in financial operations, billing, or accounts receivable Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Comfortable with daily manual data entry and system updates Ability to interpret and review contracts and billing terms Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
