As an OnboardingImplementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass planning and executing projects, driving value to our customers through training and adoption, and ensuring smooth data conversions.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and leadership.
• Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Oversee and assist with day-to-day project management
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify risk, and proactively guide the technical implementation process
• Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and development efforts
• Critically evaluate client needs and processes to create best practice recommendations that fit their specific needs
• Train users on Fortress and promote adoption across tech stack
• Develop repeatable and scalable processes to reduce time to first value and project delivery
• Utilize knowledge of Property ManagementAffordable Housing programs to create recommendations on operational workflows
• Perform timely, efficient and accurate data conversions
• Contribute to internal enablement and knowledge base
• Remain flexible to assist in other CS roles or initiatives as needed
• Perform all other duties as assigned

SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in fields relating to business or comparable experience preferred
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in property managementaffordable housing (tax credit and HUD preferred)
• Proficient in Exceldata manipulation
• Experience in project management
• Must be able to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Self-starter and results oriented
• Ability to work effectively within a team

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Frequently sit, stand and walk.
• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
• Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
• Travel up to 10-20% of the time.
