The Role Job Title: Onboarding Co-ordinator – In-House Resource Team Location: Fully Remote (UK-based) Salary: £23,000 per annum + Benefits Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday As part of our in-house resourcing and wider HR team, you’ll oversee a wide range of onboarding activities — from DBS checks and reference requests to issuing contracts and ensuring compliance. You’ll be responsible for giving every new employee a seamless, positive experience as they begin their journey with Aspirations Care. It’s a busy, dynamic role where no two days are the same, and your strong organisational skills and friendly approach will make all the difference. ️ What You’ll Be Doing Managing all aspects of onboarding, including pre-employment checks (DBS, referencing) Issuing offer letters and contracts of employment Ensuring all admin tasks follow company policy and compliance standards (CQC, Right to Work, etc.) Providing payroll with new starter documentation Handling onboarding calls and queries in a professional and supportive manner Maintaining accurate people-related data and personnel files with confidentiality Supporting candidates throughout the onboarding process with care and efficiency Working collaboratively with colleagues across the HR Resourcing team Assisting with wider HR projects and ad hoc tasks as required What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: An excellent communicator, both written and verbal Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to take ownership of their workload A confident multitasker who thrives under pressure Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Educated to GCSE Grade B/6 in English and Maths (or equivalent) Experienced in handling sensitive and confidential data What We Can Offer You At Aspirations Care, we believe in taking care of the people who help us care for others. ️ Life Insurance – 2x Your Salary Financial peace of mind for you and your loved ones. ‍⚕️ Smart Health App – 24/7 GP Access Instant access to health and wellbeing services for you and your family.
