The On-site Team Lead is responsible for supporting the daily staff needs for the warehouse production facility. The typical day would start remotely completing administrative tasks associated with the candidates that will be reporting to work. The latter part of the day will consist of confirming associates report to their appropriate work location and supervisor. Coaching attendance and performance KPIs will be part of your daily activity.
The Daily Duties are:
Proactively communicates with manager and on-site of daily staffing targets
Confirms candidates are complete and assigned in platform
Ensures associates that have committed to assignment are prepared and ready for work
Understand dress code and client expectations of the work site
Ensure associates know the correct injury reporting protocol
Maintain quality product by assuring all employees are completing quality checks and product is in specification
Other tasks that facilitate communication and team work may be required
