On Call Scheduler – Work From Home

We are currently seeking an on-call scheduler. This is a part time position that entails working from home during off hours and some weekends.

Responsibilities:
• Fill client orders for staffing, notify staff and/or client of cancellations
• Accept employee call offs, notify client, attempt to fill shift with other staff
• Communicating with supervisor on any issues that might arise
• Enter data into computer as indicated
Desirable Qualifications:
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is helpful
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to relate to and work with others
• Organizational skills
• Planning
• Computer and typing skills
