OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) with 1GL (General Ledger) Integration Exp
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to design, develop, and lead enterprise-level integrations. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide a team in delivering scalable integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
ā¢ Collaborate with enterprise architects, application owners, and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
ā¢ Define integration architecture and best practices for APIs, orchestration, data mapping, error handling, and performance.
ā¢ Develop and maintain integration flows between cloud and on-premise applications such as Oracle ERP, HCM, CRM, third-party APIs, and databases.
ā¢ Implement OIC features such as Process Builder, Visual Builder, Integration Insight, and Connectivity Agents.
ā¢ Provide hands-on support for complex integration scenarios, including B2B, SaaS, and REST/SOAP web services.
ā¢ Manage and mentor junior integration developers and ensure adherence to standards and timelines.
ā¢ Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance.
ā¢ Maintain documentation for integration flows, architecture, and operational processes.
ā¢ Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud releases and emerging integration technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
ā¢ 7+ years of experience in system integration, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
ā¢ Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, or SCM Cloud integration processes.
ā¢ Experience with REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT, JSON, and WSDL.
ā¢ Proven experience with Oracle SaaS and PaaS integration patterns.
ā¢ Proficiency in building scheduled integrations, event-based integrations, and file-based transfers.
ā¢ Solid understanding of authentication, OAuth 2.0, token-based security, and API gateways.
ā¢ Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps pipelines for integration deployment.
ā¢ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
ā¢ Oracle Integration Cloud certification.
ā¢ Knowledge of other integration platforms like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or SnapLogic is a plus.
ā¢ Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
ā¢ 1 GL experience is required
