Job Overview: Healthcare Customer Service Representative We're seeking experienced and skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to work remotely from the state of Ohio. As a key member of our team, you will be the face and voice of our clients, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and innovative manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, resolving questions and concerns in a timely and effective manner. De-escalate complex issues and provide solutions to customer complaints, ensuring a positive experience. Escalate interactions to senior representatives or specialized teams when necessary. Process requests for assistance, including potential payment processing. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes. Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements to customer service processes. Upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services when required. Essential Qualifications 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry. High School diploma or equivalent (GED). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in using desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems. Ability to type at least 25 words per minute. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Ohio. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a virtual team environment. Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and practices. Technical skills, including proficiency in using customer service software and tools. Work from Home Requirements Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. A quiet and dedicated workspace free from distractions. Proof of internet speed may be required.
