About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Offsite Client Scheduling Agent to join our Customer Support team. In this full-time, hourly position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service by coordinating and managing client appointments. Your ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency will ensure seamless scheduling and support for both clients and internal team members. If you enjoy problem-solving, maintaining schedules, and ensuring satisfaction, this is the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do
• Coordinate and schedule client appointments, ensuring optimal availability and efficiency.
• Provide timely and professional communication with clients via phone, email, or web-based platforms.
• Collaborate with internal team members to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure accurate appointments.
• Manage and update scheduling tools or software to ensure accurate and real-time updates.
• Handle client inquiries, provide information regarding appointment bookings, and address any concerns with exceptional customer service.
• Monitor appointment confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations while maintaining accurate records.
• Continuously work to improve scheduling procedures and enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in a scheduling, customer support, or administrative role.
• Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client issues.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing a positive client experience.

The pay range for this role is:
19.29 - 30.41 USD per hour(Remote (Green Bay, Wisconsin, US))
