We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Offshore Installation Manager to be based on our assets offshore Mexico. We are entrepreneurial, fast- moving, and motivated by a desire to change the way that energy and electricity are delivered around the world. We are looking for a motivated, highly experienced individual with shared beliefs and passion to come and help drive the journey.

As the Offshore Installation Manager, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the offshore liquefaction vessel and for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, environment, and facilities. The ideal Offshore Installation Manager will have a strong background in refinery operations and process control, with proven expertise in managing control work and leading teams.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safety and security of personnel, environment and facilities.
• Drive targeted improvements of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment), cost and production Efficiency.
• Establish, maintain, and lead the offshore emergency response organization.
• Ensure that the offshore organization works efficiently in accordance with the operating model, and provide support for the necessary development and improvement.
• Ensure operational system responsibility (technical authority) and area responsibility, following-up common working practices and effective work across the offshore shifts.
• Ensure that all operations and work programs are carried out in compliance to the company's quality assurance requirements, plans and risk assessment; ensuring that all operations and activities are performed compliant to legislation and internal processes and requirements.
• Ensure daily production targets are met safely.
• Review and manage daily SIMOPS activities, control temporary defeats and ensure appropriate mitigations are in place, periodically review all long-term isolations.
• Ensure that individuals, including contractors, are fulfilling competency requirements by developing leadership and people capabilities.
• Ensure that contractors and sub-contractors perform work in accordance with the regulatory requirements, professional standards and internal requirements. Supervise that the equipment used maintains the required standard.
• Periodically review the safety management system and report its deficiencies to the shore-based management.
• Be a role model for safety, diversity and inclusion, efficiently managing health, safety and well- being of all personnel on board the installation.

Qualifications
• Extensive offshore experience at a supervisor level - Preferably 10 years offshore experience, including at least 5 years in an OIM position.
• Management of Major Emergencies (MoME) training, or equivalent.
• Engineering Diploma, Marine Engineer's Certificate, or similar.
• Time management skills with ability to plan and prioritize.
• Adaptable, flexible, and open to ever-changing work environment.
• High level of verbal and written communication in English.
• Spanish language skills would be beneficial.
• Ability and willingness to live and travel within the project country and region as required.
• Process Experience - Refinery experience accepted.
• Manage control work.
• Manage a team.
