Office Staff - Seasonal
? Seasonal (3-5 months over winter)
? Reports to: Dispatch Manager
? Location: Myerstown, PA
Position Scope: The office staff communicate with the clients of Countryside Fuel and LP Gas, by taking phone calls and responding to emails and online inquiries. Our office team work together to provide our customers with prompt, professional service. We value courteous team members who are committed to building relationships with our customers and who are willing to go the extra mile to make our customers happy.
Minimum Requirements:
? Able to read, write, and communicate in English
? Attention to detail
? Customer service-oriented attitude
? Typing and basic computer skills
