Office of the Direct to Consumer President Intern, Summer 2025
About the Role & Program:
Are you someone who is passionate about Media and Streaming at The Walt Disney Company? Are you interested in helping support ongoing operations and go-forward strategy for Disney+ and Hulu? This may be the perfect internship for you!
The Office of the President (Disney Entertainment DTC) Intern directly supports the Chief of Staff to President of Disneys Direct to Consumer streaming businesses. You will sit at the intersection of all things streaming from operations, strategy, finance, content, marketing, process optimization, and business planning. The Office of the President is the heartbeat of the DTC operation at Disney and you will be right in the center of it!
The approximate dates of this internship are May/June 2025 - August 2025.
What You Will Do:
In this role, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff in managing the day-to-day operations of the Office of the President while also helping support the strategy and vision for Disney+ and Hulu. This includes, but is not limited to:
Help develop executive-level presentations and updates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report against ongoing business performance
Support management of the day-to-day operations for the Office of the President, identifying opportunities for efficiency and process improvement
Synthesize and communicate actionable insights from data
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proficiency in basic presentation and analysis tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Google suite)
Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly establish rapport and relationships with cross-functional teams
Willingness to learn and comfort with ambiguity
Strong business sense
Education
A junior or senior in pursuit of a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or a related field
Eligibility Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Additional Information:
Able to provide own housing and transportation in the Burbank, CA area
Full availability for the duration of the internship (40 hours per week)
The pay rate for this role in California is $22.00 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
