The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within our databases and ERP systems. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring that our data is accurate and accessible for various departments. Duties • Enter and update data into databases and ERP systems with a high level of accuracy. • Perform data collection and transcription tasks as needed. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables and manage data sets effectively. • Handle order entry processes and maintain organized records of transactions. • Assist with filing and maintaining physical and digital documents. • Support administrative functions by providing clerical assistance to various departments. • Ensure compliance with data entry standards and organizational policies. • Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry with a strong typing speed and accuracy. • Experience with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel is essential. • Basic math skills for handling numerical data effectively. • Previous office experience or clerical experience is preferred. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Attention to detail is critical for maintaining data integrity.
