What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide office communications support by answering calls, forwarding messages, and confirming customer work orders
- Interact with customers daily to address appointments, service issues, billing inquiries, etc.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and courtesy calls
- Track customer information and maintain records in the Customer Relationship Management System
- Schedule and delegate work orders to field staff, updating and monitoring schedules as needed
- Execute daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including billing, receivables, and payables
- Manage office supplies and address office-related malfunctions or requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree preferred or equivalent business experience
- 3+ years of experience in the service industry, with a focus on back-office activities
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the swimming pool industry
- Experience with customer relationship software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
