Office Admin (Work From Home + Flexible Hours)
We're seeking sales people from our entry-level sales role.
ā¢ (This role isn't actually an office admin, but those types of people have been the very best at this job, so please forgive me. We're looking to replicate success)*
If you have a background behind a desk and are somewhat tech savvy (ie, you can post a story on Facebook, send a DM, and stay organized), you can absolutely do this role.
It's a work from home job (one person who does this lives in Vegas).
You can do this overnight, after work, before work, only mornings, as your full-time thing, or really whatever hours you want to work. Up to you.
If you have sales experience, great. If you don't, that's okay.
Extroverts do REALLY well here, regardless of experience.

We're a roofing company that has 2 main-offers:
ā¢ We get storm damaged roofs covered by insurance (roof is free)
ā¢ We sell roofs lower than any competitor in our market (we beat any competitor's price by $1,000 or more)
We have a really simple thesis to grow our business:
ā¢ *If more people know about our offer, our business will grow.**
So, we're hiring sales people to help us get more people know about our stuff.

ā¢ We teach you how to talk to more people through Facebook Groups, Instagram, NextDoor, etc. so you make more money (and... so do we)
ā¢ *Pay transparency:
ā¢ This is a commission based role
ā¢ Our average salesperson makes $1,250-$2,500 per week
ā¢ It's uncapped commissions, you can make more (you can also make less)
ā¢ *Start dates & training
ā¢ There will be in-person, classroom training on April 13th/14th
ā¢ Daily team-training via Google Meet at 10AM (Mon-Fri)
ā¢ Community of others doing the exact same thing, that help each other
