About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Off Site Live or Tele Chat Support within our Administrative department. This is a full-time, hourly role that plays a key part in ensuring exceptional customer service and effective communication with clients through chat and tele-support, while working remotely. Fluent English communication skills are essential for success in this position.
What You'll Do
• Provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat, tele-support, and email communication channels.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer concerns.
• Identify and escalate urgent or technically challenging issues to the appropriate departments.
• Monitor chat queues and manage multiple chats simultaneously with accuracy.
• Follow company protocols and guidelines for communication and support procedures.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
• Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in customer support, preferably in live chat or tele-support environments.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mentality.
• Proficiency with chat platforms, CRM software, and other customer support tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a comfortable space for remote work.
• Availability to work full-time, with a flexible hourly schedule if needed.
The pay range for this role is:
29.44 - 32 USD per hour(Remote (Fort Collins, Colorado, US))
