Occupational Therapy Remote | Texas
A teletherapy Occupational Therapist (OT) licensed in Texas is sought to provide specialized support within a K-12 school setting. This contract position offers a commitment of 4 hours per month over the normal school year (NSY), delivering essential therapeutic services remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide occupational therapy services via teletherapy tailored to K-12 students.
ā¢ Collaborate effectively with educational staff to support student IEP goals.
ā¢ Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements.
ā¢ Participate in meetings and consultations as needed to optimize student outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
ā¢ Current and active Texas Occupational Therapy license (candidates must already be licensed; no waiting on licensure).
ā¢ Demonstrated experience delivering school-based teletherapy occupational therapy services.
ā¢ Familiarity with strategies and interventions appropriate for a K-12 educational environment.
ā¢ Strong communication skills to engage with students, parents, and educators remotely.
