You’ll benefit from: A comprehensive induction program while you build your caseload A structured early careers training pathway (first 12–18 months) Regular clinical supervision and mentoring Training in Positive Behaviour Support and autism-specific approaches Ongoing monthly professional development sessions A gradual, supported transition to managing your own caseload What You’ll Be Doing Supporting 3–4 participants per day in community settings Working collaboratively with participants and their families/support networks Building practical, functional skills that support everyday life Developing strengths-based, person-centred support strategies Working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team Unlike private practice, you won’t need to source your own clients—we’ll support you to build a sustainable caseload. Qualifications: What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualification in: Occupational Therapy, or Speech Pathology 1–3 years’ experience (or new graduates encouraged to apply) Interest in working with autistic people and neurodivergence Willingness to work in community-based settings Membership with Speech Pathology Australia AHPRA registration (for OTs) Click here to view the position profile.
