Our outpatient clinics treat a diverse mix of orthopedic, sports, and neurological patients using state-of-the-art equipment and evidence-based protocols. *** All rates offered are based on position, years of applicable experience and employment type *** Rate ranges shown include levels for per diems with no benefits and Independent Contractors Occupational Therapist Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and meet patientsâ goals and needs Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clientsâ motion and mobility Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patientsâ specific needs Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care, and proven interventions Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally Promote clientsâ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination Consult and practice with other health professionals Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress Document patient care services OccupationalTherapist Job Requirements: Valid State OT License Bachelors and/or Masterâs Degree from an accredited physical therapy school CPR Certification (Preferred) Good organization skills Good written skills Theradynamics is an EEO Employer - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status
