We are looking for a smart, driven Sr FP&A Analyst. In this role, you will: Work closely with the Sr Dir of FP&A to: Manage the planning, forecasting, and financial modeling process. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the board to guide business growth and decision-making. Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Requirements To be qualified for this role, you will have: Growth company DNA as described above. Experience as a planning system power user - e.g. in Planful or Adaptive. You will have built/owned structure, reporting, and actuals tie-outs. FP&A cadence and GL fluency: forecast ownership, variance analysis down to drivers Strong modeling skills (driver-based models, ROI/unit economics) and can synthesize for executives and the board. Prior experience as a financial business partner for a high growth company within saas/health-tech/or management consulting services environments. A track record of consistently delivering results against quarterly and annual goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly understand and explain complex concepts in a simple and concise manner. Bachelor’s degree or higher from a selective college or university, or similarly developmental and distinguished life experience. The ability to successfully work on a remote-based team. Additional Requirements / Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working for a PE-based company, a plus. 340B/specialty pharmacy experience, a plus. Investment banking experience.
