Nutrition & Regulatory Consultant

Position: Nutrition & Regulatory Consultant Compensation: $50 - 85/hour, depending on experience Location: Atlanta, Georgia Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Nutrition & Regulatory Consultant to join their team! Join a dynamic team as a Nutrition & Regulatory Consultant, where you'll play a vital role in supporting two major brands. This position offers a hybrid working environment with opportunities for onsite collaboration. The role is open due to a backfill need, and the company is eager to hire swiftly to ensure seamless knowledge sharing and cross-training. With a focus on nutrition, allergen, and regulatory compliance, this is your chance to engage in exciting projects and contribute to a collaborative environment within a leading company. Key Responsibilities & Duties: • Manage and maintain recipes in ESHA Genesis • Ensure accuracy of nutrition and allergen data • Monitor FDA and local menu labeling regulations • Collaborate with QA, R&D, and Marketing teams • Support monthly LTO launches and data validation • Review training materials for allergen accuracy • Track policy changes impacting menu compliance • Attend cross-functional meetings for data updates Required Qualifications & Experience: • Fluent in ESHA Genesis R&D • Knowledge of FDA menu labeling laws • Experience in QSR or fast-casual settings • Detail-oriented with strong collaboration skills • Proficient in Excel and document control systems Nice to Have Skills & Experience: • Experience with other nutrition platforms • Leadership characteristics • Understanding regulatory guidelines • Extensive knowledge of nutrient composition Perks & Benefits: • 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance • Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance • Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay • Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit Other Information: • Collaborative environment with growth opportunities If you are interested in learning more about the Nutrition & Regulatory Consultant opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
