CNA Job Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance with daily living tasks (ADLs) and collaborate with the team for quality care
• Assist during resident mealtimes
• Follow infection control standards and facility guidelines
• Measure and document vital signs like temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Report any significant changes in residents’ conditions to supervisors
CNA Requirements:
• Valid CNA certification required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience is appreciated but not mandatory
