Nursing Professional - Healthcare Animation Consultant

Job Summary: This Nursing Professional - Healthcare Animation Consultant role combines healthcare expertise with sales and client relationship management. You'll leverage your medical knowledge to help clients visualize cases through animations and illustrations. Key responsibilities include client outreach (calls, emails, handwritten notes), CRM management, attending 12 yearly conferences, weekly client lunches, and serving as the bridge between clients and the production team. You'll create and execute marketing plans with a bias for action, while ensuring accurate, timely deliverables. Compensation includes a $70,000 base salary plus 7.5% commission on new clients (4% for assigned existing clients), with conference budget of $300/day for meals, gifts, etc for contacts. Responsibilities and Requirements: Sufficient in the Following Technical and Digital Tools: • Using G-Suite and tools on personal computer/tablet/phone • Maintaining Fox CRM (Training Provided) • Utilizing Loom and/or other video screen recording applications Relationship Building & Sales: • Making regular phone calls to prospects and clients • Sending personalized emails for follow-up and building relationships • Writing handwritten notes for a personal touch with high-value clients • Utilize your medical expertise to understand medical projects • Discuss medical cases with contacts to determine animations and/or illustrations to best fit their case. • Creating and maintaining inquiries in Fox CRM • Checking newly entered contacts to ensure accurate information and data • Writing and sending proposals in a timely and professional manner • Attend zoom meetings as necessary to talk about new cases or general discussion • Growing year over year monthly, T3-monthly and annual gross sales • Growing year over year monthly, T3-monthly and annual gross transactable customer count Marketing Campaigns and Plans You are expected to create rough marketing plans, execute them, refine them, document them, and repeat them if successful. This requires: • Bias for action over meticulous planning. • Skills (or interest in learning) to run many different types of marketing campaigns. • Experimental and analytical approach to marketing campaigns. Production • Responsive client communication via phone and/or email • IMMEDIATELY communicating project deadlines to production team • Attend zoom meetings as necessary to talk about requested revisions and new case strategies • Understanding the request of the client and relaying request(s) to the production team in an accurate, clear and organized manner via video and/or easy to understand notes. • Follow-up with completed cases to ensure client satisfaction and reviews Conference Responsibilities: • Attend at least 12 conferences per year • Booth Set up and tear down • Breakfasts • Lunches • Dinners • Staying active at the booth (especially during breaks) • Pre-conference touchpoints • Post-conference touchpoints • Networking events • Taking photos of booth for social media posts • Taking pictures with people for social media posts (when applicable) • Swift follow-up after obtaining contact information at a conference Lunches / Face to Face Meetings: As part of your responsibilities, you'll conduct weekly client lunch / face to face meetings, with compensation for travel time, presentation hours, and mileage. We provide a corporate card for reasonable expenses, special travel arrangements for distant high-profile prospects, and expect prompt follow-up with all contacts. Provided Materials: We equip you with essential tools including business cards, brochures, and a dedicated phone number separate from your personal line. You'll receive a professional Fox-AE email with full G-Suite access and our specialized Fox CRM system to streamline your sales workflow. Additional automation tools will be provided, and we welcome your recommendations to enhance efficiency. Payment Structure: • Annual salary of $70,000.00 (~$5,833.33 paid monthly) Commission: • 7.5% commission for new clients and repeat business from those clients • 4% commission for past clients assigned to you by Fox-AE • Your commission will be based on payments received, not on closed sales • Commission will be paid promptly after client invoices are paid to Fox-AE Attending Conferences: • $300/conference day budget for meals, gifts, etc. for contacts (including traveling days) (Typically 3 or 4 days long) • Will pay for client dinners, travel and lodging Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid time off Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
