The Nursing Instructor will be responsible for teaching courses in our College of Nursing, developing curricular innovations, and providing mentorship and guidance to students. You will also participate in committee work, service to the university and community, and engage in scholarly activities that promote the advancement of nursing practice and education. Key Responsibilities:
Teach courses in the College of Nursing, including classroom, online, and clinical instruction
Develop and implement curricular innovations to enhance student learning outcomes
Provide mentorship and guidance to students, including academic advisement and counseling
Participate in committee work, service to the university and community, and scholarly activities
Collaborate with clinical agencies to provide high-quality clinical experiences for students
Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain expertise in nursing practice and education
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing required
2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting required
Professional nurse licensure required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
