About the opportunity:
- One of the best healthcare facilities located in Chelsea, Massachusetts is currently in need of an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join their growing team
- They offer the highest quality of Residential and Long Term Care programs to eligible Massachusetts Veterans
- In conjunction with RNs, you will provide routine care for the sick or injured
LPN Responsibilities:
- Monitoring basic patient health such as vital signs and overall condition
- Changing dressings or inserting catheters
- Assisting with tests or procedures
- Consulting with RNs on care plans
- Taking patient histories and maintaining documentation
LPN Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts LPN license
- Any experience working with elderly patients or veterans is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
