What You’ll Do as a Virtual Nurse Practitioner: • Provide virtual consultations, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care. • Manage acute and chronic conditions, ensuring continuity of care. • Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver patient-centered care. • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in compliance with state regulations. • Collaborate with other healthcare providers, care coordinators, and specialists to optimize patient care. • Document patient encounters and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR). • Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and overall wellness. • Stay updated on telehealth best practices, technology, and compliance standards. What We’re Looking For: • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in multiple states, required. • Experience delivering care via telehealth platforms (preferred). • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on patient safety and quality outcomes. • Proficient in using EHR systems and telehealth technologies. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. • Flexibility to provide care across multiple time zones and weekend shifts, as needed.
