It’s our way of ensuring you can focus on what matters most—your health and well-being.What You’ll Do as a Virtual Nurse Practitioner:Provide virtual consultations, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.Manage acute and chronic conditions, ensuring continuity of care.Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver patient-centered care.Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in compliance with state regulations.Collaborate with other healthcare providers, care coordinators, and specialists to optimize patient care.Document patient encounters and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and overall wellness.Stay updated on telehealth best practices, technology, and compliance standards.What We’re Looking For:Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in multiple states, required.
