Position: Nurse Practitioner Location: Hybrid Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Travel: 25% Regional Travel Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive patient care with a focus on excellence and empathy. • Conduct patient evaluations, including medical history review and physical examinations in the outpatient setting. • Interpret patient data to determine appropriate management and treatment plans, consulting with physicians as needed. • Monitor and adjust patient care plans, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes. • Order and interpret laboratory, radiological, and diagnostic tests, educating patients on procedures and anticipated effects. • Prescribe and regulate pharmacologic treatments as necessary. • Perform preoperative assessments, educate patients and partners on procedures, and provide postoperative care. • Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication with physicians, including evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, and billing documentation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems Requirements • At least two years' experience providing Male Hormone Management • Licensure and Certification as a Nurse Practitioner - multiple state licenses, a plus! • Valid DEA Drug License or ability to provide one prior to start date. • Prescriptive Authority or have Provisional Prescriptive Authority • Current ACLS, BLS and CPR certification or ability to provide prior to start date. • Enjoys working as a team. • Strong computer skills in an Electronic Medical Record preferred.
